At SIMRANO, we strive to dispatch your fashion orders as quickly as possible. Most products are shipped within 1–2 working days. However, in certain cases, please allow 5–7 working days for dispatch depending on product type, availability, or order volume.
Please ensure full payment has been completed to avoid any delays in processing. The delivery timeline displayed on our website is an approximate estimate based on metro cities and major locations. Deliveries to remote or interior regions may require additional transit time.
For international orders, delivery may take 10–15 days (please refer to the International Shipping section below).
Order Processing & Dispatch
• Orders are shipped only after full payment is received, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• Every package is securely packed using high-quality materials and tamper-evident tapes before it leaves our facility.
• SIMRANO is not responsible for damage caused during transit by courier partners. We strongly advise you not to accept any parcel that appears tampered with or damaged.
• For your safety, we recommend recording a complete unboxing video when opening your parcel.
Delivery Guidelines
• Orders are delivered only to valid Residential or Commercial addresses. Delivery to public places such as hotels, malls, hostels, restaurants, or streets is not permitted.
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery remains unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to our dispatch location (Delhi).
• We are not responsible for orders collected directly from courier hubs, warehouses, or any location other than the provided delivery address.
• Free Shipping within India is applicable on orders above INR 1,999.
• We partner with leading courier providers such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, FedEx, and others for reliable delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from SIMRANO containing:
• Your tracking number
• A link to track your order through the courier partner’s website
You may also check your order status anytime through the Order Status page on our website.
To ensure hassle-free delivery, customers must provide the correct recipient name, full address, landmark, PIN code, and active contact number as per valid government-approved identification.
Signature Requirement
For your protection, all shipments require a signature upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
• All products are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Your bank or credit card provider will convert the amount into your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.
• International deliveries are made via FedEx International or equivalent, and may take 10–15 days, inclusive of customs clearance. Customs might cause delays beyond estimated timelines.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is legally importable to their destination country.
• The recipient acts as the importer of record and must comply with all customs regulations. Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country.
• Any customs-related fees or clearance charges initially paid by the recipient will be reimbursed by SIMRANO, if applicable.
• Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges or any other reason, shipping charges (both ways) will not be refunded.
• No returns or exchanges are accepted for international orders.
To avoid customs delays, please ensure the following:
• Provide an active phone number reachable by customs authorities.
• Provide a valid government-approved photo ID for export clearance.
• Do not refuse shipments or ignore courier requests for duty/tax payment. Shipments are typically held for only 10–15 days before being returned.
