CANCELLATION POLICY
SIMRANO reserves the right to cancel any order under exceptional circumstances. Cancellations may occur due to reasons such as product unavailability, inventory limitations, pricing or technical errors, or incorrect product information listed on the website.
If SIMRANO cancels an order, the customer will be notified promptly at the registered email address or phone number, and a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
Customers may request cancellation only before the order is shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted. In such cases, customers may use the Return or Exchange Policy after the product is delivered.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At SIMRANO, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. In case you face any issue with the product, we offer a simple and customer-friendly Return and Exchange Policy.
Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
2. When Returns Are Accepted
• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received a different product than what was ordered.
• The product has a size or fitting issue (exchange for another size allowed, subject to availability).
If you still wish to return the item instead of exchanging it, a 10% processing deduction may apply depending on the case and condition of the product.
3. When Returns Are Not Accepted
• Products that show signs of wear, use, washing, or alterations.
• Products purchased during special sales, offers, or clearance.
• Customized, altered, or made-to-order products.
• Innerwear, lingerie, or hygiene-sensitive items.
• International orders (no return or exchange allowed).
4. Refund Method
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed via online bank transfer within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned product.
• Orders paid via digital wallets, vouchers, or gift cards are eligible for exchange only, not refund.
• Refund will be initiated only after quality inspection and verification of the returned item.
5. Exchange Policy
• If you wish to exchange for a higher-value item, the price difference must be paid.
• If the new item is of lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
• One exchange is permitted per order.
6. Store Credit
• Store credit (if applicable) will be issued to your SIMRANO account and can be used for any future orders.
